First off, I am always sitting at the bedroom door, so I can greet her first thing in the morning. (She is definitely NOT a morning person!) After she has fixed her coffee (fortunately I can't reach the brewer, or I probably would have to do that for her as well) and taken her medicine, she then goes to the computer to check her email, check out the activity on Facebook, play the tournament in Bingo Blitz, and read all her blogs in Google Reader. Once that is all accomplished, she finally goes back to the bedroom to get her clothes for the day.
Of course, I have to follow her there to make sure she picks out things that will match! Then I follow her to the bathroom, help her dress, all the while making comments on her appearance, which she doesn't pay any attention to, I might add. I will ascend to my "perch" to monitor as she puts on her makeup and fixes her hair. You would not believe some of the hair-dos she tries to leave with! I frequently have to jump into the sink and sit on the curling iron cord to stop her from curling her hair in a certain way!
After all of this is done, I am so exhausted that I just can't wait for her to get out the door! Of course, maybe I'm happy when she finally leaves, because then I get to sleep in her chair! Nite-nite!
